Draught @ Brew Kettle - Hudson OH (Jan 2025) Clear dark red-brown with a foamy beige head, caramel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste, dried fruits flavor, smooth thin body, long finish. Quite a nice dubbel.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Sample at the brewpub. Dark brownish-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, fruit, yeast and caramel. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy yeast and stone fruit. The finish is sweet with a fruit and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
