Sample at the taproom as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/13/2018. The beer is a clear straw color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Smokey and peppery aroma with malty notes. Light-bodied with flavors of smoked malt, mild peppers and a bit of hops. The finish is smokey with a peppery aftertaste. Decent overall.
