Sample at Winking Lizard Lakewood during the "Great Lakes Brewing Company Saves Cleveland Beer Week" event on 10/14/2017. The beer is a cloudy orange-copper color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly to a film. Stringy lace. Aroma of oak, fruit and malt. Medium to full body with minimal carbonation and flavors of oaky bourbon, fruit, caramel malt and maple. The finish is boozy with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
