Sample at the brewery during "Adam Avery's Cellar Sale" on 10/06/2017. Clear mahogany-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of bourbon, ripe fruit, yeast and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, dark fruit, earthy yeast, pepper and caramel malt. The finish is oaky and peppery. Good beer overall.
