Sample at the taproom during the "GABF Throw-down at Beryl's!" on 10/05/2017. Black pour with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing. Aroma of oak, juniper and spice. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky gin, malt, yeast and spiced citrus. The finish is oaky with a juniper and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
