Sample at the taproom as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/22/2017. Brown-black color with a medium beige head that recedes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Roasted malt, spice and chocolate in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of roast malt, chai spice and mild chocolate. The finish is chai spice and chocolate malt. Pretty good overall.
