Sample at the brewpub. Brown-black pour with a medium thin tan head that diminishes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and a touch of coffee. Light-bodied with a roasty malt character and notes of milk chocolate and coffee. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
