The last of our Scottish barrel-aged Debauchery IV imperial stouts! This barrel was very mellow, with subtle notes of fruit and honey.

The brethren provideth. Darkest cola brown. No head. Not even a wee one. Aroma had sweet whisky over molasses and chewy dark malts. And more booze. Flavourwise it's smooth. That's what immediately comes to mind. Underlying molasses and dark fruit with doughy pastry malts. Over the top of this we have sweet booze and fruit. A lil' boozy nip. Thick bodied. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Smoothhh like my curves.
