Light bodied but high gravity IPA brewed with 30% alternative wheats (Farro, Kamut and Spelt). We do a cereal mash with these wheats prior to adding to the mash. Amarillo and Galaxy hops make up the majority of the hop schedule

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Sample at the Distillery & Taproom. Slightly hazy dark orange color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. Tropical fruit, malt and hops in the nose. Medium body with flavors of fruity hops, pine, malt and wheat. The finish is mildly bitter with a short resiny hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
