Sample at the Columbus taproom during the "Platform Beer Co. 3rd Anniversary Party!" on 07/04/2017. Clear pale orange color with a medium frothy white head that recedes gradually to a dense film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. Fruit, yeast and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and bready malt. The finish is peppery yeast and fruit. Above average overall.
