Sample at Braxton Labs for Cincinnati Beer Week on 06/23/2017. Pours a dark chestnut brown color with a medium frothy light beige head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. Roasted malt, cinnamon and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, cinnamon, caramel and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a cinnamon aftertaste. Decent overall.
