Featuring an aggressive dry hop of Amarillo πΏ, Citra πΏ, Denali πΏ and Eureka πΏ weβre super stoked with this brew. The four hops combine to deliver a seriously juicy hop bomb π£. This 6% IPA is beautifully balanced, showcasing the tropical fruit explosion π₯ππππππ₯.

Can sample at troubles's place. Thanks troubles. Clear golden. Slightly stale fruity hops, some graininess, slightly sweetish, bitter finish.

Can from Mash, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, piney, citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, fresh, malt, grassy, floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Maruho Namba Skyo. Gweilo Blazon IPA 6% Opaque matte orange copper with a thick head. Very fruity aroma and a bit of overripe fruit as well. Medium to full bodied with butterscotch diacetyl notes which are a put off. The taste is mostly fruity butterscotch and kind of feels heat damaged/off. It is ok but I’m sure is better at the source. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Tokyo, Yellow Session. Orange pour, lightly cloudy, white foam. Nose is hoppy, sharp somewhat, refreshing. Tastes malty with some hop addition and light tropical fruits. Pretty simple, piney and well, not as great balanced. Still would be smashable in hot climate.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Light gold clearish pour with frothy white head. Aroma is milder than expected based on description - tropical fruit and apple juice hops with some biscuit. Taste follows - good but definitely not the hop bomb the description suggests. Strange because the new core Gweilo beers have been great but both this and the earlier gutsy guava limited release beers sounded excellent and were quite subdued compared to the descriptions. Not bad at all but not great.
