Sample at the Columbus taproom. This Cider is a slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apple, yeast and spice. Light to medium body with flavors of apple, lightly funky yeast and spice. The finish is mildly tart with a an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
