Sample at The Ohio Taproom during the Athens, Yo! event on 05/17/2017. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of oak, yeast and spice. Medium body with flavors of oak, herbal yeast, ginseng tea and malt. The finish is fruity and spicy with a floral yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
