Sample at the tap room during the "Taproom Anniversary" event on 05/13/2017. The beer is a cloudy rosé color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Aroma of raspberry, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with a mildly tart raspberry character and notes of wheat, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is Lambic-like with a sweet-tart berry aftertaste. Above average overall.
