A big, meaty, giant of a stout brewed for the Brumalia winter Solstice event. Brewed with 100% Tomahawk hops, the beer has flavours of dark chocolate with hints of coffee. This is a delicious complex, traditionally brewed stout, a Gold Medal Winner at the Australian International Beer Awards.

Can. Black, a very brief tan coat. Aroma is roasty with dark sugars, some prunes, mocha. Quite sweet but firm bitterness sweeps in fairly quickly. More prominent chocolate, darkish roast, bready bulk. Very nice bittersweet chocolate meets hop and roasted bitterness at the end - as ever, I am a sucker for a good finish.
