Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 02.07.15. Clear dark golden. Foamy white head and lacing. Superb aroma of fine English hops and malt. Similarly fine taste. Complex and balanced, with high drinkability.

bottle from Noble Wines Tunbrigde Wells. Amber-golden, off-white head. Malty with caramel, chocolate and nuts, shy hoppy finish with a resiny touch.

Dark blond colour. Light hop in the aroma, some grass too. Light malty flavour and a touch of hop bitterness.

Clear amber color, small white head. Sweet ryeish aroma. Light bodied. Light dried fruits (peach) flavor, light bitterness. Short finish. Quite lame and not the freshiest bottle I suppose.

Bottle. Golden beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is hopped and caramel, and the flavour is toffee with some sweetness and a bitter hopped finish. Overall a plain but nice bitter.
