Hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, pepper, citrus and light herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light yeast, some citrus. The flavour is light yeasty bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, malt, yeast, light citrus, light spice hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Less yeasty than your normal Saison which is more to my liking.
