Apricot Sundae Sour is a fruity treat of a brew. We’ve added wheat, oats and lactose to give the kettle soured base creamy notes and a thick mouthfeel. Lashings of apricot purée are added during fermentation, then everything is rounded off with almonds and vanilla.

Booze shows marzipan, apricot, vanilla, marshmallow and custard. Flavours include more apricot and marzipan, soft lemon and soft acidity. Refreshing.
