Draft at Beer Temple, Hanoi. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, herbs, dough, light banana and a touch of citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Hanoi. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits, light banana. The flavour is yeasty citrus, with a crisp fresh, grainy, banana, light clove spicy palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced for a Wit. Served cool and not over yeasty which often puts me off other beers of the same style. Very drinkable for a session.

On tap at Beer Temple, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty nonexistent, with light citrus and coriander. Flavour is dull, with cardboard, bready malt and light citrus. Tastes stale and dull. Not good.
