'Evil' is one of the two beers in our double collab with Alefarm. This collab is a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and community. Both breweries have brought their expertise and passion for especially hoppy Double IPAs to the table to create something very special. The result is the beer you have in your hand. 'Evil' is a Modern West Coast DIPA, combining a clear and crisp profile with a strong hop character, dominated by delicious tropical fruit notes, as the modern element in the taste experience. As a backdrop you find the more classic west coast notes such as pine, grapefruit and a light malt balance, which gives a clean and refreshing bitter finish.
Brewed with Citra Incognito, Citra T90, Citra CRYO, Simcoe T90, Simcoe HyperBoost, Idaho 7 CRYO.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with touches of cotrus and fruit. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast, and touches of fruit. Bitter aftertaste with estery and citric notes. Decent.
