This single hopped New England style Pale Ale is a beautiful showcase for one of PSBC’s favourite hops - Citra! True to style, it is super hazy and juicy - perfect for a sunny day in Vietnam, or anywhere else you can find it.

Tap at Pasteur Street, Hanoi. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grassy, weedy, piney citrus fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, light, weedy hop, light citrus, light dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
