Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts but quite sweet, some cereal sweetness. Crisp pine and mild persistent hop spice. Decent citrus hop character, slightly thin but reasonably juicy, half bright, half ripe. Hop spice becoming pervasive. Mild peel bitterness. Touch of something tropical. Light crisp hop spicy finish. Far from perfect but a charming and drinkable dipa is this.
