Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, weedy, light piney, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a smooth, soft, malt, weedy dry hop, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Billed as a NEIPA which unfortunately it isn’t, but a decent IPA all the same.
