Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a clear copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, stone fruits, melon, pear, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, rich, sticky toffee apple, fruity, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
