The days are getting shorter and cooler so it's time to embrace comforting, easy drinking malty beers. The malty goodness is brought to you by high quality Maris Otter malt and some fine English caramel malts that were fermented on a guest yeast strain that is more well known for IPAs but the fruity apricot esters that it bring fit so well here. A moderate hopping with a newer American variety brings complimentary notes of apricot, orange and tangerine. While some of these ingredients are not necessarily true to style, the overall impression of this beer is very much what one would expect form a Best Bitter.

Pours clear amber with a lasting white head. Aroma: caramelly malts, biscuits and light floral hops. Taste: biscuity malts and floral hops. Light sweet aftertaste.

On tap at Ambasada Zagreb. Dark golden/almost amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, light malty nose. Malty, caramel, light biscuity and bit floral with bitter finish and aftertaste.

Tap at Ambasada. Clear amber-brown body, thick, lasting off-white head. Berry and floral notes in the caramelly-malty aroma. Very dry taste, caramelly maltiness and berry notes, maybe a bit limp around the finish. Solid, though not a huge fan of the body.

On tap at Ambasada. Cloudy amber orange with white head. Malty, some caramel, biscuit, bit dusty. Light bitterness. Medium bodied.
