This lightly sparkling cider is mainly made from Redstreak cider apples. The name of which reminds us of the acrobatic display team that frequently fly over our cidery. It is full of red apple fruit flavour, with soft tannins, gentle acidity & a dry but juicy finish. 750ml. 6%.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazed yellow gold colour, short-lived white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fleshy fruit. Taste is tangy, appley, juicy, with alittle skin & slight earthy funk, some light tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
