An American IPA, golden in color with light malt hues and strong hop characteristics. Its vibrant citrus aromas and bitterness are created from the use of four bold American hops. Our dry hopping gives this beer that distinctive and aggressive hop finish.

16oz pours a slightly hazy orange with some ringing white head. Nose is fairly standard, orange, malt, some pine, some soap, a little candy. Flavor is the same, orange, grapefruit zest, malt, candy sugar, pine. Sticky finish. Drinks heavier than 4%.

tap at the brewpub - Pours up a dense, white, one finger long lasting head with ample lacing. It has a citrus hop aroma that comes out more and more as it warms. Moderate to strong hops bitterness with a subdued malt backbone gives this brew a fairly tasty flavor. Carbonation is light. It has the expected long, bitter finish typical of the style. It’s good though nothing super special.

On draft at Butcher’s in Park City UT. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Very light aroma. Flavors of citrus and grass. Light bodied. Apparently brewed to mett the strange Utah law that limits dray beers to 4%. Meh.

16 oz can from a trade with Gription79. Pours hazy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of biscuit malts and some grassy hops. Light malty flavor with some citrusy and grassy hops and moderate bitterness. Light to medium body with average carbonation. More of an APA than an IPA to me. Thanks Dallas.
