Sample during the "Pigskin Anniversary Bash" on 02/13/2016. Black pour with a medium foamy tan head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bourbon, malt and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roast malt and bittersweet chocolate. The finish is oaky with a boozy malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
