Sample during the "Pigskin Anniversary Bash" on 02/13/2016. The beer is a hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus and a bit of vanilla. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy wheat, citrus and vanilla. The finish is creamy and wheaty with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
