Sample during the "Pigskin Anniversary Bash" on 02/13/2016. The beer is a slightly cloudy dark amber color with a medium thin light head that diminishes steadily to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt, hops and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of charred malt, dark fruit and earthy hops. The finish is smoky with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
