Sample at the taproom. Clear copper-orange color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, spruce and malt. Medium body with flavors of woody gin, citrus, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity yeast and gin. Pretty good overall.
