On draught at Ippudo. This beer pours a clear amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of ripe fruit, earthy yeast and grainy malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
