Sample at the taproom during the Grand Opening on 09/04/2015. The beer pours a clear yellow-orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a mildly hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
