Sample at the Grandview Summer Session on 08/22/2015. Slightly hazy yellow-orange color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, malt and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart fruit, herbal yeast and malt. The finish is mildly sour with a citrus and peppery yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
