On tap at the Clyborn location. Pours a clear amber with a touch of brown and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains and caramel with a touch of booze. Flavor has a combination of earthy and sweet grains with caramel and a hint of light fruit.

Sample at the Clybourn brewpub. Clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, dried fruit and herbal hops. The finish is sweet with a lingering malt aftertaste. Above average all around.
