APPEARANCE: golden color. average white head with medium-low retention. some lacing. TASTE: sweet background flavour with strong alcohol presence with peppery notes. faint fruity esters with very faint diacetyl. low bitterness and a sweet finish. PALATE: medium-light body with average carbonation. hot alcoholic sensation. OVERALL: an unbalanced belgian tripel that lacks a bit more esters, bitterness and with a very strong alcoholic warmth.
