Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest on 08/09/2014: Reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, oak and yeast. Medium-bodied with flavors of tart cherry, oak, earthy yeast and mild spice. The finish is mildly sour with a fruity aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
