Can on the train home, from Oddbins Baker Street, 18/07/18. Weirdo ring pull revealing a vimto lookin reddish to purple beer with a faded crimson cap. Nose nose tarte berry fruits, apple core, lemon rind, damp straw, dusty berry pips, merest of funk nostril. Taste comprises tarte raspberries, damp straw, grains, light acidic bimble, grassy, sharp berry compote. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering climax. Decent enough refreshing red berry Linner.

330ml can. Poured a hazy orange pink colour with a thin, short-lived off white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is yeast, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, watery, crisp, light tart, raspberry, blackcurrant palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

Can from Tesco, Brooklands. Funky aroma with tart berries. Hazy pinkish res. Fluffy pink hued off-white head. Medium-heavy sour. The berries come through, more so the raspberry. Underlying saltiness. Light-mesium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish, a tad astringent. Enjoyable sour but fruity sipper.

Can from Tesco, drunk at home. Pinkish and hazy. Raspberry and cherry aroma. Taste has a proper sourness, a real fruity tang, followed by a touch of sweetness balancing to the finish. Tart raspberry in the finish. Heavy carbonation. Not complex - hard to get past the raspberry - but quite delicious.
