Tastes rather strong for a bitter. Orange body with thin fast dissipating white head. Hoppier than the usual English bitter with a malt spine

Sample at McMenamin’s Old St. Francis School in Bend. Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, caramel and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with an earthy malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
