On démarre la semaine en force avec Chenilles, une Quadruple NEIPA intensément houblonnée. Grâce à une large sélection de houblons néo-zélandais de chez Freestyle Hops et NZ Hops — Nelson Sauvin Subzero Hop Kief, Wakatu, Waimea, Mega Terps, Nelson Sauvin et Rakau — elle développe des arômes de sauvignon blanc et d'agrumes, ainsi qu'une texture soyeuse. Une bière puissante dont la douceur masque habilement son haut taux d’alcool.

A: cloudy yellow, stable, small, foamy, white head.
A: canned pineapple, lychee, ripe grape, sherbet, moist white pepper.
T: sweet grape & pineapple, sherbet, dough, shallot.
F: peppery hops, some bitter citrus pith, soft hop burn, softly warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Quite hefty on both sides of the taste spectrum. Enjoyable nonetheless.
