La Segreta is an unexpected beer, a bit like the great discoveries. It is a German-style wheat beer with the classic hints of banana and clove. The use of wheat gives a full and round body which, in the month of September, is enriched using also fresh hops of our production . The characteristic finish, slightly sharp, invites to drink: alone, in tasting, excellent as an aperitif but above all as an accompaniment to dishes of the Teutonic tradition. It is called secret every thing that does not mean a little 'because we like a lot, a little' because precious. Share it with those who are worth it ...

50cl bottle at Osteria La Taverna Righi, San Marino. Pours kind of muddy looking hazy orange with a fairly fast dissipating head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with notes of ripe oranges and wheat. Moderate sweet with low flavour intensity and a light acidity. Not too special, but quite drinkable.
