Vintage 2021. Small batch series. Blend of barley wine (base of 3rd Anniversary) and Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Infused with homemade bacon extract & maple syrup. A very dark brown beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma is great, dried fruits, liqurice, vanilla, caramel, maple. Taste has liquorice, caramel, dried fruits, some bourbon, intensive. Full bodied, not stickyness. Sweet. Very intensive and great beer.
