Most people associate "three year blends" with pale beers, but this assemblage draws from three vintages of red sours aged in wine barrels. The one-year was leathery, low acidity, and firmly hopped. The two-year was firmly acidic, with dried berry notes. The three-year was richly malty, with deep oakiness. Together they create something we couldn't have found in a single barrel.
