Floral, crisp and dry with a light sweetness on the body from local Norfolk honey and a mild nutty note from the spelt malt. Heady citrus and fresh orange peel from the Citra and Loral hops with a refreshingly dry finish.

Keg at BBNo Riverside beer festival 2021. A hazed yellow straw gold coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is aroma is soft wheat, earthy herbal tea, hop, light grass. Flavour is composed of soft raw wheat, grass,, herbal.. Palate is soft grainy, mellow airy carbonation. Good.
