Tap at underdog Dublin. A clear chestnut brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is balsamic. Vanilla. Red wine vinegar, spicy wood, oak. Flavour is composed of oily, red berries, vinegar, balsamic, red wine, oak, tannin. Palate is semi sweet, lihjt tang, mellow carbonation. Good.
