Old rating - A bottle from Love Wine in Jersey. Poured at home, it's a amber colour with a white pale head. Aromas & tastes of apple, citrus, lemon, cereal, honey & hints of rosemary. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at home picked up from Sourced Market. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice cereal, light funk, mellow saison, light green apple, midget gems. Flavour is composed of light crisp tart, earthy grains, little banana, tart green apple, dried citrus, lime. Palate is crisp and tart, highish carbonation. Crisp finish.
