Slightly opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of citrusy , grassy, some herbal hoppy, fruity and minimal coriander notes; taste is quite hoppy-bittery with some citric and bread crusty notes; not bad though not really a witbier (rather like an IPA-witbier mix)

Light florals and some lime. Light tangy finish, but pretty clean. Some coriander.. Hazy golden pour with good head and lacing.

6th February 2022. On a flight in the Irvine Yard House. Hazy golden body, snow white head. Light orange aroma and taste, mini spice like traces. It's not a style I go for, but this was OK.

Tap at yard house off the strip. An almost clear dull golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is banana bread, soft wheat, clove phenols, light buttered bread, Corriander seed. Flavour is composed of spicy wheat, banana bread, spicy clove, in the finsih. Palate is semi sweet chalky, powdery carbonation. Fine.

On tap @Yard House Seattle. Entre pajiza y dorada, sucia y sin espuma. Aroma floral, notas de naranja. En boca es muy especiada, pimienta y cilantro, con base cítrica y algo láctea. Paso fácil.

On tap at Yard House SLP. Pours a near clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of Belgian yeast and clove with sweet wheat backbone. Flavor is similar with a combination of of sweet wheat, clove and Belgian yeast.
