The attracting red color comes from the mixture of Vietnamese beetroot / red dragon fruit and Germany wheat malt.

Beautiful red. Aroma is red beet some fruit and hoppy tropic stuff some herbs. Taate is sweet honey with some vegetable umami. Quite nice. Drinkable and not too off.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a hazy reddish pink colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is yeast, light red berry fruits. The flavour is light sweet with a smooth, yeasty, light dry fruity palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. A little bland I must say.
