Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hops with a hint of citrus. Mouth is predominantly hops and corn, just a hint of peppers. Finish is bitter and hoppy. Pretty much undistinguished – a disappointment for a Rat beer.
